Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance : use of the said mentioned card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein

2. Please present the VIP Cash Card in order to claim VIP Cash discount. The said mentioned card is the property of issuing party and must be returned upon request. The said mentioned cards are valid from the date of purchase, as stated on the card. The said mentioned cards have “NO cash value” or monetary value, thus CANNOT be exchange or redeem for cash, and also do not guarantee reservation.

3. The VIP Cash Card will ONLY be able to obtain RM 100 VIP Cash discount applicable to products currently listed on this webpage (www.bebebueno.com/vip).

4. This VIP Cash Card CANNOT combine with other discounts or free gifts under our [Bebe Bueno Group Sdn Bhd] (BBG) promotions. Note: Benefit Conditions – all benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.

5. This VIP Cash Card CANNOT combine with other discounts or free gifts under our retailers’ (include both online stores and physical stores) promotions.

6. Cardholder can ONLY claim ONCE for each product purchase. There’s NO limit on how many products a cardholder can buy with this VIP Cash Card.

7.Products purchased under this VIP Cash Card Program are Non-returnable, Non-refundable and/or Exchangeable.

8. The products listed on this page (www.bebebueno.com/vip) will be added, removed, or changed along with our promotions. We (BBG) will not entertain claim for products that have ended, been de-listed or removed. VIP Cash Card is valid only for current offers and/or products which are listed on this page. We reserve the rights to terminate promotional offers at any time, without prior notice.

9. In event of product’s stock listed unavailable (sold out, during claim process, it shall be considered as “Void” transaction and we (BBG) will not compensate or give cash value to cardholder(s). Cardholders may re-claim on other available products in “VIP Cash Card Program“.

10. By clicking the said mentioned “Claim Now” button, cardholder(s) had understood as well as have accepted all of our terms & conditions stated.

11. VIP Cash Card Deals come with free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia only. If VIP Card Holders requires BBG to ship item to East Malaysia, all costs and/or shipping charges arises will be fully borne and paid by VIP Card Holders. (East Malaysia shipping charges will be based on prevailing charges – to quote when there’s a request.) Estimated Time of Arrival to East Malaysia is between 14 to 30 days.
